A collapse of scaffolding and display screens at “Star Wars” director George Lucas’ Skywalker Ranch in Northern California left five men injured, one seriously, on Monday. The incident happened during setup Monday morning for an event at Summit Skywalker Ranch in Nicasio, Marin County, NBC Bay Area reported. One patient suffered a head injury and was taken to the hospital in “very serious condition,” the outlet reported.
