The long-time standout receiver was booked and released from Marion County Jail, according to police records, following an OWI arrest on Sunday morning less than 24 hours after making his preseason debut. 4 Colts wide receiver Keenan Allen was arrested in downtown Indianapolis on drunken driving charges.
