Former Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Keenan Allen certainly appeared to have red, glassy eyes in the hours after his DUI arrest on Sunday morning. A copy of the NFL player’s mugshot, obtained by The California Post, showed the current Colts receiver seemed to have a glazed-over look on his face after he was taken into custody for allegedly driving drunk in Indiana. Allen was initially pulled over by Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers at around 1 a.
