A Southern California driver responsible for a serious crash allegedly flew into a violent rage and stabbed two people Sunday night after rear-ending another vehicle. Orlando Query Chavez, 49, was behind the wheel of a black Chevrolet when he slammed into the back of a white Chevrolet Silverado on the Interstate 5 off-ramp at Tamarack Avenue in Carlsbad around 7 p. m.
