Crews were sent to a ritzy Los Angeles neighborhood to respond to water rushing through the streets due to a broken pipe, prompting officials to shut off water service while repairs were underway. It’s one of the latest flooding incidents linked to water infrastructure failures across Los Angeles. The flooding happened in the Beverly Grove neighborhood near the intersection of San Vicente Boulevard and Lyndenhurst Avenue.
