SAN DIEGO — The ramifications of Harrison Bader’s late-night scooter crash have gone beyond the lines and into his bank account. The Giants will not issue anymore paychecks for the time being to the free agent outfielder they signed to a two-year, $20. 5 million contract this past winter after Bader reportedly rode his scooter into the back of a fire engine as bars began to let out last weekend.
