Gov. Gavin Newsom has just one day left to make good on his promise to release his latest tax returns. After vowing to release years of long-awaited tax returns by the end of July, Izzy Gardon, a spokesperson for the governor’s office, told The Post in a text message that the records will be made public by Friday — the final day of the month.
