A perverted Arizona dental assistant was sentenced to 40 years in prison in a plea deal for sexually abusing three young children while they were under anesthesia during dental procedures, Maricopa County Attorney Rachel Mitchell announced Friday. Deion Garcia, 29, will spend 40 years in prison with lifetime supervised probation as part of a plea deal.
