State Sen. Steve Chan (R-Brooklyn) bravely stepped in and diffused a violent street brawl between three men in South Brooklyn, according to a video posted to Facebook this week. The clip shows Chan, a retired Marine and NYPD sergeant, getting in between a group of men, one bloodied, allegedly after a fistfight.
