Former Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem is divorcing her cross-dressing husband Bryon, the ex-South Dakota governor’s mother claimed in a new interview. “It has been difficult, but we knew this was coming, that they were going to get divorced,” Corinne Arnold told the Daily Mail at her home next door to the ranch where the Noems lived and raised three children. Arnold said that her daughter confided her plans in late spring — not long after photos surfaced of Bryon, 56, wearing enormous fake breasts while chatting with a fetish performer.
