A Jersey Shore eatery is making waves for their new spin on a breakfast classic — wrapping a funnel cake around the famous pork roll, egg and cheese sandwich. Boardwalk Bandit in Bradley Beach is whipping up the $16 delicacy, which consists of three slices of pork roll, a fried egg, American cheese and two pieces of funnel cake, with a side of raspberry ketchup.
