A violent outburst inside a Simi Valley Target left multiple people injured and fueled fresh outrage over public safety after a man allegedly attacked a woman at random and then turned on anyone who tried to stop him. According to the Simi Valley Police Department, officers were called to the Target store at 51 Tierra Rejada Road around 6 p. m.
