The New Jersey teacher and band director charged with sexually assaulting a student when they were just 13 years old allegedly sexually assaulted the student more than 40 times and forced them into revolting sex acts at school, prosecutors alleged in sickening court docs. Daniel Burbank, 37, the band director at Bloomfield Middle School and assistant director at Bloomfield High School, was arrested Friday following allegations that he abused the teen for years. The alleged victim told police that Burbank, a Monroe resident, forced them to have sex with him more than 40 times and molested the child on “multiple occasions,” according to the court affidavit.
