A food truck for the unfortunately named “TNT Tacos” violently exploded in Tennessee, leaving the husband and wife owners hospitalized with severe burns just a day before their 25th wedding anniversary. Tiffany and Tim McPherson were doing the day’s prep inside their truck in rural Atwood last week when it suddenly blew up, pinning Tiffany against a wall as the flames raged around them. “From the force of the explosion I was blown back against the far wall where our sinks are and I was trapped,” Tiffany revealed in a GoFundMe page — in which she praised her husband for putting hiw own life on the line to save her.
