A disgraced NYPD cop admitted he had sex with a suspect — to whom he sent a penis picture — and sexually harassed two crime victims, one of which had to block him on her phone because of his aggressive advances. Ex-cop Matthew Lambert, 33, made the confession as he pleaded guilty to three counts of official misconduct Wednesday and was sentenced to two years of probation for his sleazy stalking campaign, the Manhattan DA’s Office said.
