Steve Shirilla hurled the insult while demanding officers at the Strongsville Police Department let him speak with his then-18-year-old daughter, who had just been taken into custody on double murder charges – more than three months after the fiery car crash that killed her ex-boyfriend and friend. “I need to speak to my daughter, because you guys aren’t allowed to speak to her at all – that’s from the lawyer,” an enraged Steve tells a police official while wildly gesturing his hands, according to video of the ugly station-house confrontation.
