A suspected vandal was caught on camera kicking American flags through an Orange County neighborhood on Memorial Day in a disturbing scene that sparked outrage across social media. The video posted by Libs of TikTok captures a man walking a large white dog through Buena Park, he appears to search for US flags to target. At one home, the suspect tried to kick an American flag out of the grass.
