The suspect accused of allegedly viciously hurting the elderly owner of the San Diego “Trump House” is a Navy veteran with “severe PTSD,” a family friend exclusively told The California Post. Thomas Caleb Butler, 32, allegedly tried to kill 69-year-old Kerry Sheron on Wednesday, leaving him in a condition that his wife believes he has “no hope” of recovering from. The circumstances surrounding the assault are still unclear, but police believe Butler didn’t know Sheron.
