Fugitive cow makes a run for it in upstate New York before being captured

This cow was in no mooood. A rambunctious bovine reportedly bolted away from its owners in western Utica, New York, leading authorities on a wild chase to capture it Tuesday. “God forbid it collided with a car moving at a high rate of speed,” Oneida County Sheriff Rob Maciol told the Rome Sentinel.
