The “NBA on Prime” crew had a few words for Shams Charania after ESPN’s NBA insider spoiled Amazon’s NBA MVP reveal. Charania broke the news Sunday morning that Oklahoma City Thunder’s Shai Gilgeous-Alexander won the MVP award for the second straight year — before Amazon’s scheduled announcement of the award later that night, with an appearance from the winner. Taylor Rooks, who is the host of “NBA on Prime,” brought up Charania’s report during Sunday’s pregame show with NBA analysts Steve Nash, Blake Griffin and Dirk Nowitzki.
