Texas substitute teacher, 27, charged with ‘improper relationship’ with students

A substitute teacher from Texas has been charged with having an improper relationship with students. Angela Palmares, 27, was arrested without incident in Bell County on Wednesday and charged with improper relationship between an educator and student, a second-degree felony.   She is being held on a $150,000 bond, jail records show.
