An ER doctor in San Diego is being forced into drug and alcohol testing after allegedly showing up to work impaired, including slurred speech — while treating patients. Dr. Ariana Dillman, a Solana Beach physician, was working an emergency room shift when she “exhibited behaviors consistent with intoxication or impairment,” including “slurred speech, droopy eyelids, and erratic behavior,” according to a Medical Board of California accusation cited by ABC10.
