Popular white rice facing nationwide recall over ‘foreign material’

A popular brand of rice sold in stores across the country has been recalled over possible “foreign material. ” A recall of two-pound bags of Lundberg Organic Jasmine White Rice was recalled by Wegmans April 4 over a a foreign contaminant, but the grocery chain did not specify what the material was. Wegmans is offering a full refund for the allegedly tainted rice.
