A city Parks Department employee was busted for using a city-owned vehicle to ram a pair of strangers who tried to snatch the mirrors off his personal car over the weekend, police said. City worker Nagi Davis, 55, allegedly rear-ended the pair after a dispute around 1:30 p. m.
