A wild video captured a handcuffed woman wriggling out of a Michigan police cruiser through an open window and dashing away without cops noticing, according to reports and authorities. The escape artist, who has not yet been publicly identified, was arrested on Saturday afternoon for violating her parole after a Muskegon Heights police officer discovered a vehicle parked at an abandoned business, according to ABC13. Police approached the car and identified the driver, but could not identify a female passenger, the outlet reported.
