California’s highest-in-the-nation gas prices are causing some people to turn to desperate measures to get the fuel they need. Surveillance video shared by Diamond Learning Center in Clovis, a daycare center that helps those with intellectual disabilities, show a man sneaking into a gated parking lot on Sunday toward a van used to transport students. Moments later, he is shown running out of the parking lot carrying a large gas container in hand.
