A suspect who allegedly slugged a Jewish man and ripped off his yarmulke was arrested Thursday and now faces multiple hate crime charges, cops said.   Neil Hurlock, 20, was tracked through video and picked up at his Flatlands home Thursday night in connection to the attack on a 54-year-old man on board a southbound N train at the Atlantic Avenue-Barclays Center station, police and sources said.   He was charged with robbery, assault and petit larceny – all as hate crimes – in addition to aggravated harassment and criminal possession of stolen property, authorities said.
