Patrick Mahomes just might be an alien given the latest update surrounding his torn ACL. The Chiefs’ superstar quarterback tore his ACL last Dec. 14 and had surgery — including to repair his LCL — the next day, and conventional wisdom would point to a lengthy recovery process that could potentially sideline him for at least part, if not most, of the 2026 NFL season.
