Austin mass shooter Ndiaga Diagne once mowed down a pedestrian in Brooklyn while driving recklessly, disabling her for life, according to a lawsuit. The suit, filed May 25, 2017, in The Bronx, where Diagne lived at the time, alleges the wannabe jihadist was driving a company car on Flatbush Avenue on Jan. 30, 2016, when his vehicle “made contact” with pedestrian Jennifer Antoine, seriously injuring her.
