Russia has started an 'evacuation' of its citizens from Cuba amid the island's jet fuel crisis

Rossiya is one of the two airlines servicing one-way flights from Cuba amid the jet fuel crisis. The island said earlier this week that it's run out of jet fuel for international airports.
