A volunteer for mayoral candidate Zohran Mamdani’s campaign isn’t shy about showcasing his hatred for New York’s Finest. Failed Democratic Assembly candidate Julien Segura posted an offensive image, showing him flipping off 11 NYPD officers on Sept. 26, outside the Federal Plaza Immigration Court in Lower Manhattan, where police arrested 15 anti-ICE demonstrators.
