Troy Aikman isn’t so sure winning is the priority in Dallas.   The Hall of Fame Cowboys quarterback and current “Monday Night Football” analyst questioned how owner Jerry Jones is running the team during an appearance on “The Rich Eisen Show” on Tuesday.   “I saw Jerry talk about the fact that having the Cowboys as a discussion point is meaningful to him.
