It was a heavy day of work Sunday for Erin Andrews. The longtime Fox sideline reporter was on the field during Jack Campbell’s frightening injury, which made her “really emotional” during the Lions-Vikings game at Ford Field, as she stated on the latest episode of the “Calm Down” podcast with Charissa Thompson. During the fourth quarter of the Lions’ 19-15 home win, Campbell suffered a neck injury when his neck and back seemed to crunch while attempting to tackle Vikings’ tight end TJ Hockenson.
