The 17-year-old accused of gunning down a pregnant woman and shooting six others inside a Spirit Halloween store in the Bay Area is facing a slew of charges as prosecutors move to get him into adult court. Monte Smith was arrested Monday in connection with the Oct. 30 bloodbath at the Solano Town Center mall in Fairfield, which left Constance Hages, 31, dead and six others injured.
