Josh Jacobs’ attorneys slam police over release of new abuse allegations

Josh Jacobs’ legal team pushed back against the newly revealed allegations against the NFL running back in a lengthy statement on Sunday, criticizing what they called a “character assassination” that is “unfairly” impacting Jacobs. Over the weekend, the Hobart-Lawrence Police Department in Wisconsin released a redacted report from the department’s investigation into the Green Bay star’s alleged May 23, 2026, domestic violence incident, which included accusations by three other women of alleged physical abuse at the hands of Jacobs.   A statement from his lawyers, David Z.
