The jogger who was stabbed in the neck on a popular Brooklyn waterfront promenade Friday night was remembered by neighbors as a “family oriented” woman who worked at a local bank. Katie Suarez, 28, was a “very professional, very kind” woman who had a “very good character,” neighbors told The Post Saturday. “I mean, nobody is supposed to have [their] life taken, you know, being bad or good, but she was kind of exceptional to me, the way I interact with her,” one neighbor said.
