A Georgia teen allegedly tried to strangle his own mother in a grocery store parking lot — and put a plastic bag over her head — before stealing her SUV and leading cops on a nearly 100-mph chase that ended in a violent crash. The horrifying ordeal unfolded on Oct. 22 in Cartersville, where 19-year-old Elijah Jase Parker allegedly turned on his mother, Laura Ann Moore, as the two sat inside her 2004 Chevrolet Tahoe in a Publix parking lot, according to WBHF radio.
