A California cop couple is accused of cooking up a drug-evidence switcheroo after one officer’s narcotics stash went missing, with his girlfriend allegedly helping him cover his tracks. San Jose officers Raydarius Surry, 29, and Destiney Thompson, 30, were arrested Wednesday and booked into Santa Clara County Jail over the alleged scheme.
