Some “monsters” are real. A Pennsylvania Halloween haunted house manager allegedly physically and sexually assaulted multiple women, including a girl as young as 12, prosecutors said. Described as a “highly dangerous recidivistic sex offender,” Edward Eisenhard, 38, an accused “highly dangerous … serial sexual predator” targeted women in both workplace and domestic settings, Bucks County District Attorney Joe Khan said at a press conference Tuesday.
