An illegal Honduran immigrant allegedly swung at an ICE officer with a hammer after his license plate was clocked in New Jersey, authorities announced Tuesday. Reinieri De Jesus Licona Amador, 27, of Honduras, was hit with federal charges after he attacked two ICE agents during a traffic stop in Camden County on Oct. 4.
