The father of the 5-year-old Queens girl allegedly slain by her mother cannot afford to lay his child to rest, the devastated man wrote in an online fundraiser. “The funeral home and cemetery are asking for a deposit, and I do not have the money for it,” Kuldeep Singh — whose 5-year-old daughter, Fabiana Cabello, was found battered to death in her South Richmond Hill home on Wednesday — wrote on a GoFundMe page he created. Taking to the campaign site two days after his daughter’s death, Singh wrote, “I am asking for help with her funeral and cemetery costs.
