A Manhattan neurologist was charged with sexually abusing two of his patients under the guise of giving them massages in a closed-door examination room, prosecutors said. Dr. Tariq Lamki, 51, was indicted this week on charges tied to the alleged attacks at his practice, 14th Street Medical Arts, located near Stuyvesant Town-Peter Cooper Village, the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office said Tuesday.
