Paul Kanin, the former administrator of the trust, revealed that the “Being Charlie” writer received nearly $3,48,000 to pay his former defense lawyer, Alan Jackson, according to court documents accessed by TMZ. 4 Reiner was indicted for the 2025 murder of his parents, Rob Reiner and Michele Singer Reiner, in their Los Angeles home.
