A Texas teen was killed in a violent rollover crash just a month before her 19th birthday – with recently released surveillance video showing the moment she lost control of her car. Serenity Rangel, 18, was en-route to her boyfriend’s home in Dallas when she overturned late Thursday – and an investigation into the fatal crash is underway. Investigators say Rangel was driving at a high rate of speed which caused her to veer off road and sent her hurtling down an embankment before she overturned on to a service road, Fox4 reported.
