A creepy SoCal business owner is accused of using sick tactics to spy on customers at his Covina automotive business — including attaching a hidden camera to his shoe to film up women’s skirts. The Ontario Police Department arrested Young’s Automotive owner Bryce Neighbors, 39, of Upland last week after an investigation involving possession of child sexual assault material. Bryce Neighbors, 39, of Upland, was arrested for allegedly recording children and victims through a hidden bathroom camera installed at his Covina business.
