WASHINGTON — President Trump on Thursday honored his friends and tech bros with the National Medal of Science to celebrate a new “golden age” for American technology — and even came away with a medal himself. In a ceremony at the Institute for Peace, Trump bestowed the highest US honor for leaders in science and engineering to SpaceX’s Elon Musk, Nvidia’s Jensen Huang, Dell CEO Michael Dell, Google co-founder Sergey Brin, Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella, and Advanced Micro Devices CEO Lisa Su. Trump praised the “exciting advance of science and technology in the golden age of America.
