Democratic Maryland Gov. Wes Moore wouldn’t commit to serving a full, four-year term if re-elected governor during Tuesday’s gubernatorial debate.   Moore, who is seeking a second term in the governor’s mansion while also expressing a desire to be “part of the national political conversation,” sidestepped multiple questions about his commitment to staying in Annapolis – refusing to provide a direct yes or no response.
