A good Samaritan who pulled over to save her neighbor from a flipped-over car was killed when a passing car crashed and knocked her off an elevated highway, according to police and family members. Ka’Sheena “KK” Daniels, a 31-year-old mother of an adopted son, had pulled over on Interstate 10 in New Orleans on Sept. 25 when she recognized the driver of a crashed car as her neighbor, a friend who was with her, Franchon Williams, told Fox 8 Live.
