The family of a 10-year-old girl killed by a transgender mass shooter has accused YouTube of failing to flag alarming videos posted by her murderer — including a manifesto warning of the coming atrocity. Harper Moyski was killed alongside Fletcher Merkel, 8, when Robin Westman, 23, shot up the Catholic church at the Annunciation School in Minneapolis during a welcome mass for students in August 2025, injuring 27 others before turning the gun on himself. Westman — who was born Robert, a male, before identifying as female with the new name Robin — should have been flagged as a threat after posting videos online glorifying violence, guns and racism, lawyers planning a lawsuit on behalf of Moyski’s family told KARE.
