An attempt to “neutralize” one of Hillary Clinton’s biggest weaknesses during her 2016 presidential campaign ultimately triggered the Russia collusion probe into President Trump, veteran journalist John Solomon explained in the latest episode of “Pod Force One. ” Solomon, the founder of Just the News and the head of a Trump administration task force on government transparency, argued that polling data presented to the former secretary of state amid her White House run, and her response to it, marked the start of a 10-year-long, Democrat-led, “wash, rinse, repeat cycle” of federal investigations against Trump. “The origins of that wash, rinse, repeat cycle are in the November/December 2015 timeframe,” Solomon told “Pod Force One” host Miranda Devine.
